Simple step to claim your parcel at pickup location.
Once your parcels arrive at your local pickup location, you will be notified via apps.
Tap on your parcel to open your parcel details. The details of your parcel tracking number and name of the pickup location will be shown.
Head to the pickup location to claim your parcel.
Don’t know where the pickup location is?
Don’t know where the pickup location is?
Simply tap Navigate to “place” pickup location and the apps will redirect you to the navigation apps to the pickup location.
Don’t know if the pickup location is open?
Give a call to the pickup location by tap the Call “place” pickup location.
Once you arrive at the pickup location, tap “Pickup this parcel” to show QR Code.
Show the QR Code to the pickup location representative to claim your parcel.
Your parcel has been claimed safely 🥳
